Married mother of one in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh seeking new best friend to help her learn more about knitting.
I enjoy sipping lattes, groping yarn in every craft store I go into, and untangling the mess of knots I get when trying to find the ending in a new ball of yarn.
I am extremely motivated and a very fast learner. Unfortunately, motivation doesn’t turn 100 yards of beautiful yarn into something more useful, like say, a scarf. It also doesn’t turn the squiggly spaghetti-like lines in a “learn to knit” book into anything coherent.
Qualifications:
Must posess inhuman amounts of patience.
Must be able to resist the urge to laugh at giant knotted mess of yarn that was suppose to be a hat.
Must be willing to work for free in exchange for a free cup of coffee and the satisfaction of knowing you made a new best friend for life.

OK, I'm on the wrong side of town, as in two tunnels away and we both know how hell-ish that can be, BUT I learned online from .
I can't learn without doing and seeing and loved being able to rewind over and over and over until I figured it out. Not that I've finished that sweater I started in October, because I haven't. *sigh*
Sorry! I neither live near enough, nor know near enough to help you. Now, crocheting in the central Jersey area, that I can help with!!
